About Me

Hi there!

Haley Spracale first fell in love with journalism during her multimedia class freshman year of high school. After four amazing years with her high school newspaper, she would soon find herself at the Arizona State Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications. At ASU, Haley has been able to experience multiple facets of journalism and continue growing upon her current skills. She has found a love for public relations. Currently, she is a master’s student and proud to be a part of the 3 + 1 program at ASU. Haley graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Sports Journalism and a minor in Digital Audiences in Spring 2022 and is now finishing her Master of Mass Communication with intended graduation for Spring 2023.

Haley recently completed a summer internship at OXO as a public relations intern. At OXO, she was able to work on a variety of pitches for national media contacts, and conduct brand research and present it to company executives. As Haley returns to ASU, she is excited to continue to grow her knowledge of communications and grow her connections across the industry. She is focused on further fine-tuning her writing, research, and content creation skills. This experience follows a successful position at boutique PR and marketing firm, KB Woods, and her first full semester in the ASU PR Lab.

At ASU, Haley is a part of the Walter Cronkite Sports Network where she is a student photographer. She is also a scholarship recipient of the ASU Alumni Medallion Scholarship Program which focuses on leadership and service within the local community.
